INSTITUTIONAL ADOPTION, PROCUREMENT & CONTACT

Institutional Procurement and Payment Architecture

Ugandan institutions require flexible payment and documentation processes. While public pricing in UGX is utilized for individual user transactions, we support comprehensive institutional procurement workflows, including quotations, invoices, supplier registration, and annual service contracts. Pricing models include transparent standard packages alongside a Request Institutional Quotation option.

Payments are designed around Uganda-accessible channels, notably MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money, utilizing secure payment gateways that support mobile money charge flows, card alternatives, and manual approval options for universities and NGOs. For long-term financial sustainability, the project establishes a cross-subsidization model where marginal transaction fees generated from the formalized transport services create a dedicated revenue stream. This capital maintains the software platform and subsidizes rides for the most economically disadvantaged students, ensuring the initiative actively contributes to poverty reduction while maintaining institutional viability.

How to Pilot With Us: The 12-Week Implementation Methodology

Institutional adoption often depends on a structured, low-risk testing phase. We provide a comprehensive implementation methodology for universities and public institutions to pilot the platform. A standard 12-week institutional pilot includes:

Weeks 1-3

Baseline assessment of campus accessibility and spatial mapping.

Weeks 4-6

Stakeholder onboarding, product configuration, and driver safety training.

Weeks 7-9

Controlled field testing, live dispatching, and user feedback collection.

Weeks 10-12

Administrative dashboard review, impact reporting, and scale recommendations.

This methodology converts interest into structured adoption, providing a clear pathway to transition from a controlled pilot into a paid deployment or institutional license.
